The Diet Nook is still in its infancy and is still working on new tools and features. Currently you can take advantage of The Diet Nook Nutrition Data Center, which provides the nutritional value of nearly any food item. Look up Green Giant products, look up the appetizer you had at Red Lobster, look up almost anything. No registration required.

We've just rolled out The Diet Nook - Diet Tracker as well, which is still under testing, however feel free to take advantage of it in the mean-time. It's FREE!. The Diet Tracker keeps track of the food you eat with the Food Diary, your excercise schedule with the Exercise Diary as well as your weight loss progress with the Weight Diary. The Diet Tracker calculates the calories you take in as well as the calories you burn for you. There is also a Calendar feature so you can see your progress on a monthly timeframe.
